I’ve often wondered when an artist would craft the meme that not only captures our Vegan empathy, but gets meat eaters thinking without using blood and gore.
@compassion_over_cruelty on Instagram has done just that with this series.

They both are sentient animals who feel pain, fear, love, and empathy. Yet the dog will have a day of being cherished, while the pig will be brutally slaughtered for humans’ selfish desire to consume meat. Meat isn’t necessary for us to be healthy, it harms the environment, and hurts BIPoC communities. For the love of our earth and animal companions, go vegan.
